Join other new moms (and babies!) for honest conversations, gentle guidance, and evidence-based support around the emotional transitions of early motherhood.
Led by a psychotherapist, this group offers space to share, feel seen, and gather tools for regulating, connecting, and thriving in this tender season.
For mothers up to 12 months postpartum
Babies encouraged!
Includes psychoeducation, group sharing, and grounding exercises
Facilitated by a licensed mental health specialist
Expecting a Baby
Preparing for a baby involves more than nursery décor and baby gear — it’s also about preparing emotionally and mentally for the transition into parenthood.
This guide is designed to help individuals and couples build awareness, realistic expectations, and supportive systems to protect and nurture postpartum mental health.
